Product Introduction
AISI 904L ferrum inactum (UNS N08904) est alta austeniticum inactum ferro. Comparatus cum 316L, SS904L contentum habet inferiorem carbonis (C) contentum, chromium superiorum (Cr) contentum, et proxime bis nickel (Ni) et molybdenum (Mo) contentum316Lquae efficit ut oxidationis caliditas altiorem habeat resistentiam, fovens resistentiam et resistentiam ad acidum reducendum (exempli gratia acidum sulphuricum). Nitrogen (N) potest reducere ratem chromii praecipitationis carbidi, inde minuere sensum sensiti- tudinis, etiam resistentiam emendare ad corrosionem pitting et rimas a chloride causatis. Praesertim eius additamentum aeris (Cu) utilem facit ad omnes acidi sulphurici concentrationes.
Admisce 904L melius praestat quam alii austenitici chalybi immaculati ob altiorem offensionem nickel et molybdaeni. Gradus est non magneticus in omnibus conditionibus et habet excellentem formam et consensum. Austenitica structura etiam hunc gradum praebet duritiem excellentem, usque ad temperaturas cryogenicas. Altus chromium contentum promovet et conservat cinematographicum passivum, quod materiam in multis corrosivis ambitibus tutatur. Nullum periculum corrosionis intercrystallini in refrigeratione vel glutino propter humilitatem contentorum carbonii. Eius officium maximum temperatus est in 450°C. Hic gradus apprime utilis est in applicationibus et instrumentis Tubing, ubi 316 et 317L non sunt idoneae.
Admisce 904L primum elaboratum est ut ambitus cum acido sulphurico diluto sustinerent. Etiam bonam resistentiam praebet aliis acida inorganicis, ut acidum phosphoricum calidum, sicut acida maxime organica.
Admisce 904L facillime iuncta et discursum per normas officinas fabricationis exercet.
904L chalybs immaculata (SS904L) adhibetur in petroleo, chemica, stercora, turris evolutionis marinae, piscinae, tibiae et fistulae et aestus nummulariorum. Rolex et alii artifices excubiae etiam eo utuntur ad vigilias faciendas
