Introductio Producti
Super Duplex inoxidabile, sicut S32750, est microstructura mixta austenitae et ferritae (50/50), quae firmitatem meliorem prae ferriticis et austeniticis generibus praebet. Differentia principalis est quod Super Duplex maiorem molybdeni et chromii contentum habet, quod materiae maiorem copiam dat. Chromium superius etiam formationem phasium intermetallicarum detrimentosarum promovet, quae fragilitati 475°C propter praecipitationem phasis α' chromio divitis, et fragilitati a phasibus sigma, chi, et aliis ad temperaturas altiores sensibiles sunt.
Mixtura 2507 (S32750) etiam maiorem nitrogenii copiam habet, quae non solum formationem austenitae promovet et robur auget, sed etiam formationem phasium intermetallicarum satis moratur ut processus et fabricationem gradus duplex permittat.
Hoc genus optima resistentia corrosionis chloridi, una cum robore mechanico altissima, insignitur. Praesertim aptum est ad usum in ambitu aggressivo, ut in aqua marina calida chlorinata et mediis acidis chloridum continentibus.

S32750 ad usus exigentes destinatur, qui exceptionalem robur et resistentiam corrosionis requirunt, quae in...processus chemicus, petrochemica, et apparatu aquae marinae. Late adhibetur in exploratione/productione olei et gasi maritimi et in permutatoribus caloris in processu petrochemico/chemico. Gradus etiam aptus est ad usus hydraulicos et instrumentales in ambitu marino tropico.
