S32750 Steel Seamless Tubing
Product Introduction
Super Duplex immaculatum sicut S32750, microstructura mixta est austenitis et ferritis (50/50) quae vires in ferritico et austenitico graduum ferri. Praecipua differentia est, quod Super Duplex maiorem habet molybdaenum et chromium contentum, qui maiorem materialem chromium altiorem praebet, formationem etiam incrementorum intermetallicorum detrimenti promovet, quae ob praecipitationem chromi-diti α' periodi ad 475°C embrttlement sentiuntur; et per sigma, chi et alia incrementa in altioribus temperaturis.
Admisce 2507 (S32750) etiam NITROGENIUM contentum altiorem habet, quae non solum formationem austenitis promovet et vires auget, sed etiam intermetallicis incrementis moratur ut processus et fabricatio duplex gradus permittat.
Gradus insignitur valde bona resistentia corrosionis chloridi, cum altissimis viribus mechanicis coniuncta. Maxime aptum est ad usum in ambitibus infestantibus sicut aquae marinae chlorinatae calidae et instrumentorum acidicorum chloridi-continentium.
Admisce 2507 (S32750) notae sunt hae:
● Optime resistendum est ut corrosio accentus crepuerit (SCC) in ambitibus chloridi-ferentibus
● Optime resistentia ad pituitam et rimulam corrosionis
Princeps resistentia ad corrosionem generalem
Ipsum excelsum mechanica vires
Physica quae offerunt consilio commoda
Exesa corrosio et corrosio lassitudine resistentia
Bene weldability
S32750 destinatur ad applicationes postulandas quae eximiam vim et corrosionem requirunt resistentiae, quae inveniuntur inchemicus processuset instrumento petrochemico et marinis. Late in oleo et gasorum exploratione/productionis et in commutatoribus caloris in processu petrochemico/chemico adhibetur. Gradus etiam apta est applicationibus hydraulicis et instrumentis in ambitibus tropicis marinis.
