Inconel 625 praecipue ex niccolo (58%), chromio (20-23%), molybdeno (8-10%), mangano (5%), et ferro (3-5%) constat. Continet etiam vestigia titanii, aluminii, cobalti, sulphuris, et phosphori. Haec elementorum coniunctio id oxidationi et corrosioni ad altas temperaturas resistens facit.
Mixtura 625 est mixtura niccoli-chromii propter firmitatem magnam, fabricabilitatem excellentem, et resistentiam corrosionis insignem adhibita. Temperaturae usus a cryogenicis ad 980°C (1800°F) variari possunt. Robur mixturae 625 derivatur ex effectu solutionis solidae roborante molybdenii et niobii in matrice niccoli-chromii.
Ergo curationes praecipitationis-durationis non requiruntur. Haec elementorum coniunctio etiam praebet resistentiam superiorem contra latam varietatem ambienterum corrosivorum insolitae severitatis necnon contra effectus altae temperaturae ut oxidationem et carburizationem.
Inconel 625 mixtura metallica valde expetita est propter suas proprietates mechanicas insignes. Excellentem vim lassitudinis, vim tensilem, et altum gradum rupturae repentis sub temperaturis usque ad 1500°F habet. Praeterea, resistentia corrosionis sub tensione et resistentia oxidationis eam aptam multis applicationibus extremis reddunt. UNS N06625 etiam praebet suturabilitatem et formabilitatem superiorem comparata cum multis aliis materiis similibus – faciens eam electionem idealem pro partibus quae alte formari vel complexe iungi debent. Summa summarum, Inconel 625 est solutio incredibiliter robusta et versatilis in mundo competitivo mixturarum metallicarum.
