Applicationem
Admixtum 825 est mixtura austenitica nickel-iro-chromium etiam definitum additis molybdeni, cupri et titanii. Enucleata est ad resistentiam eximiam multis ambitus mordentibus, tum oxidentibus et minuendis.
Admisceri 825 elaboratum est ad resistentiam eximiam multis ambitus mordentibus, tum oxidentibus et minuendis. Cum nickel contentum range inter 38%-46%, hic gradus resistentiam pronuntiatam exhibet ad corrosionem crepitationis accentus (SCC) adductam chloridi et alcali. Contentus nickel sufficit ad resistendum accentus corrosioni chloridi-ionis crepentis. Nickel, coniunctus cum molybdeno et cupro, etiam egregie resistit ad redigendos ambitus quales sunt acida sulphurica et phosphorica in quibus continentur.
Chromium et molybdenum contentum etiam praebet bonam foveam resistentiam in omnibus ambitibus, praeter solutiones chloridis oxydizantis valde. Materia efficax in diversis ambitus processuum adhibita, mixtura 825 conservat bonas proprietates mechanicas ab temperaturis cryogenicis usque ad 1,000° F.
Additio titanii admixtionem 825 stabilit contra sensitizationem in conditione as- iuncta faciens stannum resistens impetui intergranulari post exposita temperaturis in ambitu, qui ferrum immaculatum incontaminatum sensitizet. Fabricatio Alloy 825 admixtionum nickel-base propria est, cum variis artificiis materialibus facile formabilis et conciliabilis.
Haec materia egregiam formam habet, admixtionum nickel-base typicam, materiam flecti ad radios valde parvas permittens. Anneratio post flexionem non est necessaria ordinarie.
Similis est mixturae 800 sed aqueo corrosione emendavit resistentiam. Egregiam resistentiam habet cum acidis reducendis et oxidentibus, ad corrosionem crepitantibus accentus, et ad oppugnationem localem sicut pituitae et rimas corrosio. Admisce 825 imprimis acida sulphurica et phosphorica resistunt. Hoc nickel stannum chalybe adhibetur in processui chemica, instrumento pollutionis castitatis, olei et gasi bene limbis, cibus nuclei reprocessio, productio acido et instrumento servantur.
